Five 2 of life are the summation of five nightmares to be read from life.

…..

Nuggets are metallic nuts. Metallic nuts are difficult to crack. If you can't crack then digest it meaning these nuggets precious realisation, some of them are capable to change the course of life and others, to lead your creativity.

These nuggets are the recent inputs we had during working on "morning Pages" and errors, while on the morning walk.

These nuggets are to help you learn yourself better, realise your hidden potentiation and use them to develop skills and abilities. We will support you with selecting the tool you may use to empower you and your creativity.

Here follow those nuggets one by one…..

Nugget 1:

Creativity training -why bluff, it’s not possible:

Are you confused with the above statement or, it is all right. Recently we googled and find a plethora of training programs on creativity Scholars like Scott, Leritz & Mumford, 2004a also advocated in support of the training on creativity. Contrary to general belief, we believe that creativity can be taught but can not be created.

Besides, three observations further strengthen our doubt.

a) Check creativity process:

James Webb Young talked about five phases of the creative process. This 3rd phase talks about insight leading to creative insight. He said that insight may result when the researcher' mind is fully packed, tired, frustrated and over tightened with varying ideas, learning, guesses and so on. In such a state when he sleeps in a fully exhausted state, maybe that insight may occur leading to creativity.

What does it show? Is it not that we have no control over insight or creativity?

b) Also the definition:

Further, defining creativity, James Webb Young defined creativity as a new relation between two or older ideas'. It is like the formation of compounds. Here when a chemical reaction takes place between two ions, a compound is formed. Further, the properties of all the components of the compound remain different. The same thing happens in creativity. Here also in creativity, you find that all three ideas -two old ideas and one created idea remain separate.

The above details show that like compounds, we do not have any control over the creative process. It shows that we may not have a creativity training program as well.

c); s And also Indian scriptures:

In the same way, we may quote mystery around various ancient structures and scriptures. Say, in India, there is one Kailasa temple added with 34 other temples which Archaeologists believe is made from a single rock. In the same vein, Vedas is an ancient Indian scripture Is said to have been created in 1200-200 BCE, a time of no stipt knowledge.

It shows these events were possible but whether it was due to extraterrestrial entities or our power of meditation? But, the doubt is that can we train people for these powers? Given so, how can we plan or deliver training on creativity.

Nugget 2:

You believe in you, your gifts and you’re confident:

If you are confident then that means that you are believing in your skill, abilities, strengths, powers and what not and that collectively makes you a confident person who acknowledges their achievements and effort.

If you self-check yourself, you may find that simply believing in you or your abilities is one side of it. Besides, you also see yourself believing in others. This latter part is very important and in otherwise condition all efforts may be useless.

There is two way to help himself.

a) Relate gym work with confidence:

This trick will make you relate to the gym work. When we go to the gym and work, some pressure is built on the muscles making the dead muscle cell be replaced by new mussels and so, the body gains. So, going gym and doing work strengthening your body gradually

The same thing happens to you when you dare or challenge someone, some issue or something. When you are doing so you are taking risks and in the process, your confidence builds gradually whether you see that confidence or not. So, believe in these dynamics and drill on.

b). You can be confident by daringly visualising as a confident person:

Daring means you are envisioning or daring yourself against fear. When you dare then you become serious and so force yourself to depend more on your logic. That makes you confident. We are convinced about the wireless of this technique.

Say, you might remember new year's day promises. It fails because you only wishes and plans. If your promises were real promises, you might have taken them seriously and applied yourselves to comply with them.

Let us take the example of fear from the boss. In such a case, you may visualise yourself attending to your boss and gradually check, try to see reason and argue them out till it minimises. If you take measures like this you can help yourself. The Sooner you can, the better it will be.

Nugget 3:

Realise your powers and you will be great:

This nugget is to help you shade your confusion off your mind. This is based on the experience of how I was in my pre and opost-traumatic periods. Thanks to my traumatic birth and efforts I am out of my psychological handicap, making me see release shaded off confusions and making me experience the other side of it.

This had conclusively made me ask you to shade off your self-doubts and confusions to realise how potent the other side of you is.

Nugget 4:

When you are so gifted then why not value it?

This nugget talks about the potential you are naturally given. This potential is that psychic energy in you which builds and maximises your skills, abilities, competencies and every other speciality and attribute in you. It's limitless psychic power in you. If you want to taste it, just decide on anything you want it. You will see also your resources are lined up for your goal.

This is synonymous with intelligence. Just as Intelligence is the ability to do all logic related work like thinking, learning and so on. Similarly, our potential makes us usable for all the skills and psychic attributes like willpower, confidence and so on.

Among all psychic attributes, we found that two variations of our potentials are very useful. These tools to our hidden potentials. These are

a) Our awareness power.

b) Our power of visualisation

We found that the 'morning pages' proposed by Julia Clemon is a great tool that takes care of our creative ability as well. This technique asks for 2 or 3 written pages daily in the morning. Julia asks you to write anything, any idea, belief, perception, vision and so on which comes to mind

The idea is to make you open up your powers of creativity, awareness and visualisation.

Nugget 5:

Say, your awareness is a tool of your logic:

This nugget talking about the power of awareness relates it with your logic. Your logical mind is an Adult ego state as per TA which defines you in terms of here and now. So you sharpen your awareness, your logical power will be sharpened and you will live for most of the time in the here and now situation.

If you realise the value and practice this nugget, it will speed up your maturing process. Your power of awareness will sharpen your logical power which is one main objective of any therapy because this awareness power makes you conscious of you, your logic, feelings, powers, self-perception and so on.

Sometimes, we find people, not valuing their own time and energy and need, recheck themselves. We propose the following.

a). Suppose you are one who found itself wasting your own time and by the end of the day, not happy and wants change:

b) If you are busy wasting time, please keep doing so. By the end of the day, sit down in your room and ponder on your day’s activities and so on. By doing so, you are reframing yourself for the job.

c) When you are mentally ready to search yourself inquisitively then ask yourself "What I Have Done for me, Today,’. When you ask like this then your logical mind will be active and you will be more factual

d) Once you are into it seriously and have enough data about the day’s activity, ask yourself " what should I have done today for me". Use your journal for this purpose

Keeping these two sets of data, you plan your day's activity. You repeat the cycle seriously. Be sure that such effort will stretch you.
